Our practice maintains a non-assignment policy to deliver the most efficient dental services for all patients. Under this policy, patients are required to pay the full amount for services at the time of their appointment and those insured will be reimbursed directly through their insurance company.

Insurance Claim Assistance

While payment is due upfront, we offer assistance with your insurance claims to make them as seamless as possible:

1. If your insurance policy permits, we can electronically file the claim on your behalf. (easiest option)
2. Our staff can guide you through the process of submitting your dental insurance claim. (self-submission option)

Reimbursement Process

After your insurance company processes the claim, you can expect to receive reimbursement directly from them. This typically occurs within one week of claim processing.
