    Please give us two different weekday choices. Request times follow clinic hours: Monday 10 AM–6 PM, Tuesday 9 AM–5 PM, Wednesday 8 AM–4 PM, Thursday 9 AM–6 PM, Friday 8 AM–4 PM. Saturday and Sunday are closed.
